You will serve as the trusted advisor and advocate for our customers, helping them navigate their journey with Syncee and ensuring their success and satisfaction.
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work standard business hours with no shift work, providing support via chat and email. Experience in e-commerce as a customer success manager is an extra advantage. You'll build strong client relationships, help with onboarding, and address both customer success and technical issues.
In our office in Debrecen, our friendly and supportive team collaborates as a unified force, working together seamlessly on daily tasks. Assigned by the team leader, these tasks are efficiently managed and reported back to them.
