About the position

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager for our office in Debrecen. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. You will serve as the trusted advisor and advocate for our customers, helping them navigate their journey with Syncee and ensuring their success and satisfaction.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work standard business hours with no shift work, providing support via chat and email. Experience in e-commerce as a customer success manager is an extra advantage. You'll build strong client relationships, help with onboarding, and address both customer success and technical issues.

Work environment

In our office in Debrecen, our friendly and supportive team collaborates as a unified force, working together seamlessly on daily tasks. Assigned by the team leader, these tasks are efficiently managed and reported back to them.

What we expect from you

• Proven experience as a customer success manager, preferably within a similar environment
• Experience of working with Intercom or similar live chat platform useful but not essential
• English language - Advanced level both written and spoken
• Affinity for relationship building with customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High problem-solving skills
• Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help customers reach their goals
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
