About the position

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious B2B Account Manager to join our team in Debrecen, working on-site at our office. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our supplier partners, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing directly to the growth of Syncee’s B2B marketplace. Your work will be essential to strengthening our global supplier network and ensuring long-term business success.

What you’ll do

• Managing and maintaining relationships with existing supplier partners
• Communicating with partners via chat and email on a daily basis
• Identifying, researching, and contacting new supplier partners
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and satisfaction
• Contributing to the development of long-term partnership strategies

Requirements

• Work experience in relevant roles such as Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Customer Success Manager, Customer Support Manager or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Advanced English language knowledge (written and spoken)

Nice-to-have

• Experience in B2B e-commerce, SaaS, or online marketplaces
• Familiarity with dropshipping or wholesale business models
• Experience using tools such as Intercom, Google Workspace, or similar support tools
