About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Advanced English language knowledge is required. We are currently looking for someone with technical aptitude and with a passion for helping others.

With almost 20 years of experience in ecommerce the company currently has 65k+ merchant clients from all over the world. Syncee serves retailers, suppliers, dropshippers.


Syncee integrates with the biggest ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Ecwid, Jumpseller, and Shoprenter. Syncee connects retailers and suppliers, while millions of products can be found in its system, and it provides automated product uploading, updating, and order synchronization processes for online stores.


What We Expect From You

  • English language - Advanced level both written and spoken
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
  • A propensity for relationship building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High problem-solving skills
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help customers reach their goals
  • Experience of working with Intercom or similar live chat platform useful but not essential
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
  • Onboard new clients
  • Communicate with customers (live chat, email, phone call)
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
  • Build trust and transparency with clients
  • Evaluate and analyzes customer needs
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve customer experience
  • Be as a customer advocate
  • Encourage customers to upgrade their subscription
  • Hold online product/software demonstrations for customers
  • Creating tutorials, documentation, screencasts and other forms of materials to help guide people to use our products easily
