About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Support Team Leader. The Customer Support Team Leader will be responsible for the daily operations of one of Syncee's support teams and will have to collaborate with other team members and company departments. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task is needed. Strong written and spoken language skills in English are required.

Syncee connects retailers and suppliers, while millions of products can be found in its system, and it provides automated product uploading, updating, and order synchronization processes for online stores.


What We Expect From You

  • 3-year experience in a technical support role
  • Experience as a team leader - a major advantage
  • Experience in managing people, facilities, and operation
  • Experience of working with Intercom or similar live chat platform useful but not essential
  • Strong written and spoken language skills in English
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
  • Ability to breakdown complex issues and guide through technical processes
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Customer Service team
  • Communicate with customers (live chat, emails, phone calls)
  • Collaborate closely with team members support renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of your team
  • Provide direct supervision of technical support staff
  • Collaborate with other team members and company departments to generate greater knowledge and contribute to a better customer experience
  • Create better modes of operations to make customer service easier for both team members and customers
  • Delegate different customer service duties to team members to ensure a faster and smoother flow of operation through division of Syncee new hires
